At Naot Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
